Subscription help

If premium access is enabled and you have questions about billing, renewal, or access inside the app, contact support and include as much detail as you can about the issue.

Restore purchases

If you have previously purchased access through the Apple App Store, use the Restore Purchases option in the app. If that does not work, contact support with the device context and App Store purchase details you can safely share.

Privacy questions

If you have questions about local data, notifications, or how your writing and reminders are handled in v1, contact side2.gigin@gmail.com.
